Holiday Customer Service

I sent the following e-mail (and picture) last night. Since it involves a present for Lily (who I don't think can read yet), I don't mind sharing it with the world. I'm going to withhold the company name until they (hopefully) address my concerns.

I was supposed to receive the iPlay Enchanted Palace by December 15. Instead, I received the wrong item -- an "Ant Hill Living Ant Habitat" -- today (December 18). Please ship me the correct item. This item is a Christmas gift, and I need to receive it by Friday, December 23.
