Party Time?

The forecast is for rain tomorrow night. I hope it's not too bad, because plenty of people are dropping by for a little party and fireworks watching.

Yesterday evening, I managed to run 6.68 miles in a hour. That's just under nine minutes per mile. I haven't been exercising as frequently as earlier this year, but I'm still managing to lose a pound a week. I'm thrilled about that.
